A Cognomovement Membership

Cognomovement Book Club

This is not your average book club.

Where the reading meets the body

We won't just read about change

The Cognomovement Book Club is a transformational space where nervous system retraining meets some of the greatest books on changing the way we think, shifting the way we experience our lives, creating from abundance, and leaning into the most joyful, confident, and authentic versions of ourselves.

Each week, we'll take the ideas we're exploring in the book and bring them into the body through Cognomovement — looking at the beliefs, emotional patterns, fears, expectations, habits, and automatic responses that may be shaping our lives, and creating space for something different.

We'll practice it.

  • Expect meaningful conversations.
  • Expect moments of realization.
  • Expect to discover patterns you didn't know were running in the background.
  • And don't expect to leave as the exact same person you were when you began.
In their words

What people are experiencing with Cognomovement

"I have never had this kind of space between making decisions. I just don't feel panic."

— Amanda

"Working on my sense of fear and anxiety has completely changed the way I feel about my job and even my relationships at home."

— Natalie

"Cogno has given me the confidence to pursue a job that really makes me happy. I realized my current career was a midpoint, not an end."

— Adam

"My brain just feels different. I have more energy, and I'm finding time to start crocheting again."

— Anna

"Driving by myself always terrified me. I never knew why until I did Cognomovement. It brought up deeply suppressed memories that had kept me from trusting myself. I drive everywhere now, and I'm so grateful."

— Carly

What we'll explore

Why we do what we do — and what becomes possible

Together, we'll work through powerful books focused on personal growth, identity, habits, mindset, healing patterns, abundance, and intentional living. Titles may include The Mountain Is You, Personality Isn't Permanent, The Craving Mind, and others.

The goal isn't simply to understand these ideas intellectually. It's to notice where they show up in our own lives — and use Cognomovement to work with what we uncover, what feels personal, and then move 'through' it.

The rhythm

Fridays at noon

We'll meet Fridays at noon for one hour. All sessions are recorded, so if you miss a Friday you can catch the replay and keep moving through the experience with the group.

Cognomovement Basic Training included

  • My Cognomovement Basic Training — the foundational tools to keep practicing between our weekly sessions.
  • A Cognomovement ball, so you have what you need in hand from day one.
  • Access to my prerecorded Cognomovement Mini Session Library for the full duration of your membership — a ready-when-you-are resource I'm continually adding to.
A $69 savings vs. buying the Basic Training + ball separately

My goal is to make meaningful transformation feel accessible — and to give you tools you can keep using on your own, even if private one-on-one Cognomovement sessions aren't something you're ready for right now.

An optional wellness layer

AO Cube frequencies

During our weekly gathering, I'll also run one hour of AO Cube frequencies — an optional component designed to complement our reflective work and support relaxation and nervous-system regulation.

The commitment

A 3-month experience

The Book Club is a 3-month membership commitment — and that's intentional. This isn't a one-time class where you show up, hear something interesting, and move on.

It's a space to practice. To connect. To notice your patterns. To challenge what no longer fits. To explore new possibilities. And most importantly, to find a community that supports you, uplifts you, and celebrates the choice to live with greater intention. Classes will always be available if you can't make the time — but committing to being there in person will be so much more beneficial.

What our upcoming months look like

Read together, month by month

November Cravings, Food & the Habit Loop
The Craving Mind Judson Brewer, MD, PhD · Yale University Press, 2017

We'll explore our relationship with cravings, food, habits, and the patterns that keep us reaching for things even when we consciously want something different — using the book as a starting point for our own automatic behaviors and the patterns underneath them.

Reading begins Nov 1 · First gathering Fri, Nov 6
We'll skip Black Friday (Nov 27) and meet again Fri, Dec 4 before the break.

December Rest, Integrate & Enjoy the Holidays

After our December 4 gathering, we'll take the rest of December off from the regular Book Club schedule.

This gives us space to integrate what we've been working on, enjoy the holidays, and come back together refreshed in January.

January Something Better Than Resolutions

January is about something more powerful than another list of goals we struggle to keep. We'll explore what it looks like to create change from a deeper place — working with identity, beliefs, patterns, and the version of ourselves we're becoming.

More on our January book & theme coming soon.

More than reading about change

This is your space to do something with it

You can read an incredible book and understand every word. You can highlight the paragraphs, listen to the podcast, and know exactly what you "should" do — and still find yourself returning to the same patterns.

This space is about doing something with what we learn.

Read the books.
Have the conversations.
Practice the tools.
Shift the patterns.
Build the community.
Become more intentional about the life you're creating.
