Nourish Tracker

Tracking food is easy. Understanding it is the hard part.

Nourish is your food and wellness tracker. It logs what you eat — and it also shows you how your meals are built, how your body is responding, and what your protein, hydration, and symptoms are doing day to day.

It is yours to use however it serves you. When you want a second set of eyes, one tap sends us a summary.

Why this one is different

Most food apps count. They do not teach.

You have probably tried a tracker before. You logged for a week, hit your calorie number, and still felt tired, bloated, or foggy. A total at the bottom of the screen does not tell you whether your body actually got what it needed.

Nourish was built for you. It looks at the quality of your protein, not just the grams. It tracks hydration from food, not just from your water bottle. It gives you a place to record energy, mood, sleep, digestion, and symptoms alongside your meals, so patterns become visible instead of guessed at.

  • See how nutrition spreads across your day
  • Learn why a meal delivered complete protein
  • Track symptoms next to food
  • Send us a clean daily summary

What Nourish tracks

Everything in one place

Effortless logging

Log by search, voice, or barcode scan. The library holds 800+ whole foods, supplements, and common brands — and you can save favorites like Veggie Omelet or Chia Seed Pudding.

Meal by meal

Foods are sorted into Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks so you can see how your nutrition spreads across the day. This is often where the answer is hiding.

Targets that fit you

Set your own calorie, protein, fat, carb, and fiber goals, or use the built-in calculator based on your body weight and activity. Adjust anytime.

Hydration that counts food

Water intake is tracked directly, and water-rich foods automatically add to your total. Soup, fruit, and broth all count toward where you land.

Your way of eating

Choose the focus diets that apply to you — gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, vegan, low histamine, low oxalate, and more. If you are FODMAP-sensitive, select only the trigger groups that affect you.

Wellness journal

Record energy, mood, symptoms, and sleep each day so the way you feel sits right next to what you ate — including a built-in Bristol scale for digestion.

Voice & barcode

Speak what you ate for fast logging when your hands are full, or scan a packaged food to pull it straight in without typing.

Cloud sync

You get your own account. Your data syncs across phone, tablet, and computer, and it persists reliably so nothing is lost on a refresh.

One-tap sharing

Enter our email in Settings, then send a clean daily summary of your food, macros, hydration, and wellness notes straight from your own email app.

Protein Building Blocks

Protein is not one thing. It is made of amino acids, and your body needs the right mix in the right amount to rebuild tissue, make hormones, and support your energy. Two meals can show the same grams and do very different work in your body.

Nourish shows you two things after each meal. EAA balance tells you whether the essential amino acids came in the right proportions. EAA supply tells you how much actually got delivered. When something is short, the app suggests whole foods that would strengthen that meal.

Over time you stop needing the panel. You start building meals that work.

A breakfast, scored

Leucine
Lysine
Methionine
Tryptophan

Toast and jam: EAA balance is uneven and supply is low. Nourish would suggest adding eggs, Greek yogurt, or hemp seeds to round this meal out.

Getting started

Four steps and you are running

1

Create your account

Your data is yours. It syncs across your phone, tablet, and computer, and it stays put.

2

Install it to your home screen

Open Nourish first, then add it to your home screen so it behaves like a native app.

iPhoneAndroid

iPhone: Open Nourish in Safari, tap Share, scroll down, and tap Add to Home Screen. Android: Open in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, then Install App or Add to Home Screen.

3

Set your targets and preferences

Enter your goals or use the built-in calculator, then select your focus diets and any FODMAP trigger groups that apply to you.

You are the one it is teaching

A record you can actually read

Instead of trying to remember what you ate three weeks ago when your symptoms flared, you have it in front of you. Most people spot their own patterns before anyone else does — and that is the whole point. This is not a report card. It is your own data, in your hands, showing you what your body has been responding to.

Share it only when you want to

Sharing is a button, not a requirement. If you want a second set of eyes on a hard week, enter our email in Settings and send your summary. If you would rather keep it to yourself and simply use it to learn, that works too. Nothing is shared unless you send it.
